We are not a shelter and we do not take in stray and
abandoned animals

!!!
The prior
organization called:
The Animal Sterilization and Rabies Assistance League. Inc, WHICH WAS NEVER
REGISTERED AS "ASRAL" WITH ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY, STATE OR OTHERWISE,
has been dissolved. Click here for a copy of their voluntary dissolution
with the state of Florida
This organization was dissolved by the then current board of directors of which
Joyce Boone, currently the president of "the animal foundation of bay county",
was the president of the board. The number of animals that will not be
adopted, spayed, neutered, or treated for sickness and injury is deplorable.
Over 600 were spayed, neutered, or adopted the previous year. !!! In
addition, all assets of The Animal Sterilization and Rabies Assistance
League, including all financial, assets from Sun Trust Bank, were
transferred to Joyce Boone and The Animal Foundations which has also been
dissolved. She and she
alone had to account for these items.
